Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal Tender: Annual Procurement / Framework Contracts (FY 2026-2027)

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Sahiwal invites e-bids from eligible firms/sole proprietors/companies registered with Income Tax, GST and PST for annual procurement/framework contracts for multiple lots for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Procurements include CCTV installation and security arrangements for public events, CCTV services where equipment is provided by the district, IT and electrical equipment, establishment of Ramzan bazaars, VIP/VVIP arrangements, office stationery/printing and related items. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 via the e-procurement system (EPADS).

Bidders must provide refundable bid security approximately 2% of the estimated cost per lot (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order) in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Sahiwal. Original CDR and technical bid documents (lot-wise, clearly marked) must be submitted to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), DC Office Complex, District Courts, Jail Road, Sahiwal before the e-bid submission deadline. Online submission on EPADS is required; performance guarantee of 5% of contract amount will be required from the successful bidder.
