National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s power generation operations on a performance-based contract.

| Key Responsibilities | Strategic leadership and direction of power generation operations; performance improvement; ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance; stakeholder engagement (including Ministry of Energy, NEPRA, CPPAG, etc.); financial, operational and legal risk management; implementation of Board directions; and leadership of the management team. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Graduate degree from an HEC-recognized institution in one of: Business Administration; Public Administration; Marketing; Finance; Commerce; or Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) (Engineering candidates must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council). Membership of a recognized body of professional accountants is listed as desirable. |
| Minimum Experience | Demonstrated senior management experience of not less than ten (10) years. Experience as CEO or senior management in organizations with commercial attributes and proven leadership of business/operations/finance is required. |
| Age | Maximum 55 years on closing date of application. |
