National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites applications from experienced, qualified, and high-calibre professionals for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will lead and oversee the management of the Company's power generation operations and deliver strategic leadership to achieve the Company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities	Provide strategic leadership and direction to meet the Company’s vision and goals. Oversee operations and maintenance of power plants and ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement business plans aligned with government energy policies. Ensure robust governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. Drive performance, accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Minimum Qualifications	Graduate degree from an HEC-recognised university in disciplines such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or relevant engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council; or membership of a recognised body of professional accountants.
Minimum Experience	Proven senior management experience of not less than ten (10) years in governance, administration, finance, commercial management or other relevant fields in organizations with commercial attributes.
Term & Age	Initial appointment on a performance-based contract for three (03) years (extendable). Maximum age: 55 years on the closing date.
Eligibility & Other Requirements	Must meet the Fit and Proper Criteria prescribed for state-owned enterprises. Strong leadership, regulatory acumen, communication and change-management skills required.
