NVTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from IT institutes, software houses and training partners to launch free high-tech IT training under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III with international certifications.

Key eligibility and partner requirements:
- Preferred partners: IT institutes, software houses and principal/vendor partners (academia/institutes).
- Only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in Batch-II international certifications will not be entertained.
- No interviews (IVs) allowed.
