Mukhtiarkar Taluka Matli, District Badin publishes Public Notice for re-verification and change of land records (Records of Rights)

Mukhtiarkar Taluka Matli, District Badin hereby announces the commencement of re-writing, correction and re-verification of the Records of Rights (land revenue record) for Deh Setan, Tapa Phulejani, Taluka Matli under Sections 40 and 42 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, as ordered by the Board of Revenue Sindh. The notice (dated 12-6-2026, Ref. No. 308) publishes the names, survey numbers and entries of existing record/account holders whose records will be prepared afresh and integrated into the computerized record tied to National Identity Cards.

All concerned landowners, record holders and their heirs named in the published list in respect of properties in Taluka Matli, District Badin must lodge any objections or claims relating to their land titles within fifteen (15) days at the office of the Tehsildar/Assistant Commissioner, Tehsil Matli. If National Identity Card details are missing or incorrect in the existing records, affected persons should bring their CNICs so the new entries can be corrected. The notice includes specific survey and entry numbers for the affected holdings in Deh Setan, Tapa Phulejani.
