Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State Owned Enterprise), Islamabad.
Purpose: Invitation for sealed tenders from firms/vendors for exclusive selling rights for three (03) years on the Pakistan Railway network for specified product categories.
Eligibility: Firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

Submission details: Sealed Technical Bid & Financial Bid (single package) must be submitted to the REDAMCO office. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 20,000/- is required in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favor of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited. Bidders must also furnish the specified bid security.
Procedure & rules: Bidding will be conducted through Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids per PPRA Rules 2004 and is not responsible for any costs incurred by bidders. Conditional bids without required security or not complying with terms will be rejected.
