A reputed private limited company invites interested parties to submit Letters of Intent (LOI) for purchase of the Company’s scrap items and surplus equipment. Submissions must include company profile, financial status, nature of business, NTN, and client list, and be sent in sealed envelopes clearly bearing reference number Y26/RO/CPS/04.

Key Submission Details & Conditions
- LOI must be submitted along with company profile, financial status, nature of business, NTN, and client list in sealed envelopes bearing reference Y26/RO/CPS/04.
- Last date and time to submit LOI: 2026-07-13 at 17:00. LOIs received after 17:00 on 2026-07-13 will not be considered.
- The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Letter of Intent without assigning any reason. Interested parties should clearly indicate the category or items for which they wish to bid.
- Only successful bidders meeting the Company’s eligibility criteria will be considered (experience in similar goods, reliable transportation and pickup arrangements, compliance with applicable laws, clean staff records).
