A reputed private limited company invites sealed Letters of Intent (LOI) from interested buyers for the purchase of various factory scrap, leaf area items, finished goods warehouse items and other equipment. Sales will be conducted on an "as & when required" basis. LOIs must include company profile, financial status, nature of business, NTN/ROC, CNIC and list of clientele, and must clearly bear reference number V26/ROC/PDS/04.

- Last date and time for receipt of LOI: 2026-07-13 at 17:00. LOIs received after 17:00 on 2026-07-13 will not be considered.
- Company reserves the right to accept or reject any LOI without assigning any reason. Only one LOI per company/profile is required. Do not submit rates with LOI.
- Successful bidders must have experience with multinational firms or in fast-moving consumer goods sector, reliable transportation, good track record, and comply with applicable laws. Details and credentials will be required from successful bidders.
