DHA City Karachi (Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority) invites sealed bids for the construction of footpath and sewerage works for farmhouses in Sector-01, DHA City Karachi. PEC categories: CE-09 & CE-10. Tender fee: Rs. 2,000.
Single-stage, one-envelope bids are invited from PEC-registered contractors for 2025-26 who are active taxpayers. Bid documents are available from the Technical & Contracts Section on written request and payment of the non-refundable fee by pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi. Submit original sealed bids to the T&C Section, DHA City Karachi by 14:30 on 22 July 2025; bids will be opened at 15:00 the same day. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount (pay order) is required. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
