- Bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and comply with relevant registration and tax authorities.

- Bids shall be submitted online only through e-PADS. Submission deadline for all listed frameworks: 13 July 2026 at 11:00 hours; bids will be opened on 13 July 2026 at 11:30 hours.

- Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). All bids must include the required bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (in the acceptable forms specified in the bidding documents).

- Conditional, incomplete, late or telegraphic bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
