Tender: Supply of Uncooked Food Items to Boarding Students, Govt. Abu Huraira Madarsa, Sheikhupura

The Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority (DEA) Sheikhupura invites bids through e-PADs from Income Tax / Sales Tax registered firms, general order suppliers or manufacturers for the supply of uncooked quality food items/meals (including rice, meat, chicken, vegetables, grams etc.) as per menu for three daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for boarding students for the financial year 2026-2027.

Key Tender Instructions

- Bidding procedure: PPRA Rules (38)(2)(a). Complete bids with required documents must be submitted through e-PADs by 2026-07-08 up to 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened electronically the same day at 12:00 noon. If opening date is a holiday, next official working day will apply.

- Bid security: 3% of the estimated amount in the shape of CDR in favor of Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Sheikhupura. Original bid security and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted must be submitted; bids without these will not be processed.

- Eligibility & requirements: Income Tax / Sales Tax registration, valid supporting documents, undertaking, CNIC copies and conformity with terms & conditions as detailed in bidding documents. Rates should be offered per day per boarding student for provision of three-time uncooked food items.

- Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without explanation. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes for the whole financial year 2026-2027.
