WASA Pakpattan Public Auction — Disposal Works Contracts (1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027)

Issuer: Water Supply & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Pakpattan Sharif. WASA Pakpattan is conducting a public auction for Disposal Works Contracts for the financial year 2026–27. Auction date & time: 2026-06-29 at 02:00 PM. Venue: Office of the Deputy Managing Director, WASA Pakpattan (Kacheri Road, Pakpattan).

Eligibility & key requirements: Bidders must be individuals or firms registered with a District Government or Punjab Government; blacklisted/defaulter entities are ineligible. Bidders must submit certified copy of CNIC, full residential address, and required documents. Prior to bidding, 10% of the reserve price must be deposited as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of WASA Pakpattan Sharif. The competent authority may approve or reject any bid. The successful bidder must pay the stipulated payments and execute a written agreement on legal paper before taking possession.

Payment & performance terms (summary): The successful bidder must pay 10% of the contract amount (as initial payment) and the first installment within the prescribed time after approval; failure will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation. Remaining amount to be paid in three equal instalments with final instalment cleared by 30-06-2027. Contractor must provide guarantees and comply with WASA rules; transfer or subletting of contract is not permitted without approval. WASA Pakpattan reserves the right to accept/reject any bid or take legal action for violations.
