National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) (formerly NTDC) invites electronic bids on E-PADS v1.0 for the following procurement under National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure). Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.
