E-Tender — Hiring School Transport Services for Workers Welfare H.S. School (Boys), Gujrat

Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys), Labour Colony, Bhimber Road, Gujrat (under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund / Human Resource Dept.) invites e-bids from financially sound, experienced and Income Tax-registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop for students for two academic years (2026-27 & 2027-28).

Key procurement requirements and conditions:

- Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions and route/vehicle requirements are available free of cost on the Punjab e-procurement portal (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must register and submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) — online submission only; manual bids will not be accepted.

- Vehicles offered must be model 2015 or later (documentary proof required).

- Earnest money: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated bid amount in favour of the Principal, Workers Welfare H.S. School (Boys), Gujrat. The original CDR must be delivered to the school office before the e-bid closing time; failure to submit the original CDR will lead to rejection of the bid.

- The bidding procedure is Single Stage, Two Envelopes (technical and financial documents to be submitted separately online). Technical and financial bids must be complete, signed, stamped and uploaded on EPADS; incomplete, unsigned, late or non-EPADS submissions will be rejected.

- Participating firms must be registered, financially sound and experienced; applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules. The procuring agency/Transport Hiring Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.

- Successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Guarantee (CDR) equivalent to 5% of the contract amount prior to commencement of the contract.

- Route-wise vehicle numbers, seat capacity, distances and student counts are specified in the tender document available on EPADS; bidders must refer to the e-tender documents for full route details.
