MEPCO Vacancy: Chief Supply Chain Management Officer — MEPCO Headquarters, Multan

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites applications for the position of Chief Supply Chain Management Officer on a contractual basis to lead procurement and supply chain operations at MEPCO Headquarters, Multan.

Key Responsibilities (summary)

• Develop MEPCO supply chain strategy aligned with organizational vision, CEO and Board guidance.
• Manage procurement team and ensure procurement activities comply with PPR rules and MEPCO procurement practices.
• Lead procurement for equipment, materials, spares and services; oversee tendering, contract execution and vendor management to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain performance.
• Drive use of systems/ERP for effective supply chain operations and ensure alignment with internal business requirements and external (macro-economic) dynamics.

Qualification & Experience

• 16-years education (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Relevant professional certifications/courses in supply chain management are a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Department or equivalent) in a large public sector, national, multinational or corporate organization.
