Post	Key Responsibilities	Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Manager Corporate Communications (Position-01)	Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies (internal, external, media, stakeholder engagement). Lead corporate advertising campaigns, manage media relations, press releases and crisis communications. Support leadership positioning, prepare speeches and strategic narratives. Coordinate with marketing, digital and business units for unified campaigns and ensure message consistency across corporate touchpoints. Oversee ESG communications and stakeholder reporting/visibility.	Minimum 16 years of education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Sciences or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. At least 5 years post-qualification experience in relevant field. Strong writing, marketing, stakeholder management and strategic communication skills; experience in media relations, crisis communications and corporate reputation management.
Manager Digital Platforms & Social Media (Position-01)	Lead strategy and management of corporate website, mobile applications, digital platforms and social media. Oversee digital customer journeys to improve accessibility, usability and service delivery. Drive digital communication channels (email, app notifications, web content) and collaborate with IT/business teams to ensure platform performance, security and scalability. Use analytics and SEO to optimize user experience, engagement and conversions; implement digital tools to improve customer convenience and operational efficiency.	Minimum 16 years of education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Multimedia or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. At least 5 years post-qualification experience in relevant field managing websites, apps and social media platforms. Strong understanding of project management, UI/UX principles, analytics and customer behavior. Experience with large-scale customer platforms/financial services is preferred.
