Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites experienced, reputable contracting firms with valid PEC registration in category C-5 & above (with specialized codes i.e., CE-10 and fulfilling specified criteria) to submit bids for civil works under single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024. Firms debarred/blacklisted by any government/semi-government/public department/international body are not eligible.

After publication, tender documents along with detailed specifications can also be obtained from the Procurement Directorate Office of PCBDDA on payment of the above-mentioned tender fee in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Demand Draft in favor of "Punjab Central Business District Development Authority". The payment instrument must be submitted with the request for tender documents for the specific "NAME OF WORK".

No bid will be entertained without the required bid security in the shape of an Original Bank Guarantee / Pay Order / Demand Draft / CDR issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favor of "Punjab Central Business District Development Authority". Sealed bids with required documents clearly marked with the specific "NAME OF WORK" should be submitted to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA (CBD Complex, Old Walton Airport, near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore) on or before the stated deadline. Written queries relating to bidding documents must be received up to 03 days before the closing date.
