CDA e-Bid: Construction of Government Officers' Residences, Diplomatic Enclave Islamabad (G+5)

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids (Single Stage – Two Envelope) for construction of Government Officers' Residences in Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad (Multi-Story G+5 building, infrastructure development and construction of houses).

Bidding documents (electronic) containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on E-PADs at eprocure.gov.pk and may also be viewed at ppra.org.pk. Prospective bidders must submit bids online through E-PADs in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents.

Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favour of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA as per the advertised amount. Manual bids will not be entertained.

• Last date & time for online submission: 2026-07-16 by 10:30 AM.
• Technical bid opening: 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM (E-PADs) in presence of procurement committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
