Municipal Committee Wazirabad Auction — Adda Fee Collection Rights (FY 2026–27) — 2026-06-29

How to participate: Interested persons must be registered/renewed with any District of Punjab for the financial year 2026-27 and present the original registration/renewal at the auction. Detailed terms and conditions will be read aloud and a photocopy will be provided on demand at the time of auction. Key conditions:

• Earnest money must be submitted prior to bidding as a bank call deposit in favor of MC, Wazirabad.
• No defaulter contractor or blacklisted person/company may participate.
• Bidders must show their national identity card to the Convener, Auction Sub-Committee and furnish one attested copy.
• Successful bidder's earnest money will be deposited with MC Wazirabad Fund; unsuccessful bidders' earnest money will be returned on the spot.
• Successful bidder must provide a guarantor whose property value equals the contract amount, and the guarantor must have an NTN. The guarantor's previous six-month bank statement must show a balance as per the contract amount.
• Within three days of approval the successful bidder must deposit 1/10 of the total auction amount, 40% of the earnest money as security, and the installment of the month of July 2025.
• Competent authority (Municipal Committee, Wazirabad) reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning a reason.
• Advance income tax: 10% applicable if bidder is a filer; 20% if the successful bidder is a non-filer.
