Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible national and international consultancy firms for prequalification as Project Management Consultant (PMC) to provide comprehensive project management services for the Development of Phase-10, DHA Lahore.

Scope of Work (includes, but not limited to)	Design review and pre-construction Planning and procurement Construction supervision Services during defects liability period Consultancy until project closure
Eligibility Criteria	Relevant experience in project management of large-scale infrastructure/housing projects Experience in town planning and urban development projects Technical expertise in land-use planning, infrastructure design, environmental studies and structural engineering Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., PEC, PCATP or equivalent foreign bodies) Financial stability and capacity to undertake large-scale projects
EOI Submission Requirements	Company profile and documented relevant experience (ongoing & completed projects) Team composition and CVs of key personnel Description of similar projects undertaken Financial statements (audited accounts or tax returns for last 3 years)
Submission Instructions	Submit EOI clearly marked "EOI for Project Management Consultancy Services Phase-10" by the deadline. Prequalification documents (PQD) may be obtained during working hours (09:30–16:30 hrs) from the Planning Directorate address below. Only shortlisted firms will be issued the RFP.
