Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the project “Establishment of Al-Khidmat Markaz F-6, Islamabad” on EPC mode, Single Stage – Two Envelope basis under PPRA Rule 36(b). Registered firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above with Project Codes CE-01, CE-10, ME-01, ME-06 & EE-11 for 2025–26 are eligible to participate.
