AIOU Islamabad Invitation for Bids — Refurbishment Works (Pre-bid 2026-06-22, Close 2026-07-06)

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad (Directorate of Works) invites electronic bids for separate refurbishment works at AIOU Main Campus for the financial year 2026/27. Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the specified PEC code and category with relevant turnkey/interior experience may submit bids through the e-procurement system. Bid security in acceptable form is required; a scanned copy must be uploaded and the original delivered to the address below before bid submission deadline.

How to apply: Submit bids electronically via the e-procurement portal (e-PAQS / e-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on the portal and the original bid security in a sealed envelope must reach the address below before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened at the Meeting Room, NEC Building, AIOU Main Campus, Sector H-8, Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held on the date/time noted above and may be attended virtually via the provided meeting link.

Eligibility: Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the stated PEC code and category and have relevant turnkey/interior experience for FY 2026-27.
