M.E.S. (DW&CE PAF Chaklala) Tender for Provision of Facilities at PAF Bases — Jul 06, 2026

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala). Tender Notice No. DW&CE/6404-Advt-Psc/14/E-6 dated 16 June, 2026. Procuring agency invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for provision of facilities at PAF bases.

Key submission details: Tenders must be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 11:30 hours on 06 July, 2026 and will be opened the same date at 12:00 hours. Pre-qualification is required; bidding documents will be provided on request subject to payment equal to printing cost (if any).

Eligibility and required documents (as stated): firms with experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works/services; registered with PEC in the relevant field. Firms must furnish work orders, locations and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users; list of personnel; bank statement; NTN certificate; and income tax returns for the last three years. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no ongoing litigation with government departments and no outstanding special report from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).

Qualification criteria:

• Enlisted with PEC in Category C-5 or above in the relevant field with validity at least up to June 2026.
• Preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. In case of non-enlisted MES firms, 2% bid security will be provided (refundable).
• No special report of DI&E and no outstanding DI&E recoveries.
