AIOU Islamabad — Invitation for Bids: Refurbishment Works (Closing 2026-07-06)

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad (Directorate of Works) invites electronic bids through the e-Procurement & Disposal System (e-PADS) from eligible contractors for refurbishment works at AIOU Main Campus. Eligible bidders must be on the active taxpayers list (Income & Sales Tax), be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2026-27 in the relevant code(s), and have proven experience executing turnkey refurbishment/interior decoration projects.

Key procurement instructions: scanned bid documents and Bid Security must be uploaded via e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). The original Bid Security instrument (in the required amount and form) must be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly mentioning the activity name and reference number, to the address below on or before the bids submission deadline.
