National Highway Authority (Maintenance Region M-14) invites e-bids for 15 routine maintenance works on Project M-14. Eligible firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-5 or above with specializations CE-01 & CE-10.
Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through NHA's e-Bidding system. Bidding documents will be available for download from the NHA website. Bids must be submitted electronically and delivered to the address below by the stated closing date and time. Financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened after evaluation of technical bids.
