How to bid: Interested bidders must submit electronic bids via e-PADS 2.0. Online submission window opens on 2026-06-25 and closes at 09:00 AM on 2026-07-15. The Disposal Committee will open bids at 11:00 AM on 2026-07-15. Quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies and federal excise duty (FED) where applicable.

Important conditions: Bid security equal to 2% of the reserved price is required (amounts shown above). Government employees and defaulters of Government Departments may be ineligible to participate as per issued rules. Successful bidders are responsible for lifting the awarded material from designated locations within the specified time and at their own cost.
