NHA (Central Zone) Re-Invitation to e-Bids for Periodic Maintenance (Structural Overlay) on N-5 (KM 1085-1092)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan (Central Zone).

Purpose: Re-invitation to e-bids for balance periodic maintenance work (structural overlay) to be carried out at risk & cost of the defaulted contractor on N-5.

Bidding method: Single Stage - Two Envelope. Bidding documents available for free download from June 30, 2026. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold a valid PEC license for the Financial Year 2025-26 in the required category and specialization.

Submission: e-Bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-07-09 till 1100 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours.
