- Deadline for submission: 2026-07-09 by 12:00 Noon (bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives).

- Bid validity: 120 days.

- Performance guarantee: Successful bidder must furnish Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of contract value (in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee) as required.
