Invitation for e-tenders from registered firms/companies/sole proprietors/contractors engaged in construction, trading and service providing, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax). Interested bidders must submit complete technical and financial bids through the e-procurement portal.

Key submission requirements and schedule:

All bids must be submitted online on the designated e-portal and a physical/online copy uploaded to the undersigned office before the submission deadline. Bids should be complete, signed, stamped and in full conformity with the bidding documents available on the e-procurement portal.

Bid security equal to 1% of the estimated price (in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order as specified in the bidding documents) must be submitted as required. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline; the university will not be responsible for portal or submission failures.

Opening: Bids will be opened on the same day after the submission deadline. Further terms, conditions and response time are available on the university/e-procurement website and in the bidding documents.
