Rawalpindi Waste Management Company Tender — Procurement of Janitorial Items (Closing 2026-06-27)

Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites bids for the procurement of janitorial items under the Annual Tender. National competitive bidding will be conducted online through the Punjab E-Procurement Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with applicable PPR rules.

Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and EPADS (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Original hard copy of the required bid security must be submitted to the RWMC Head Office at the address below before the closing date and time; the exact estimated price and bid security amount are specified in the bidding documents.

Technical bids will be opened online on the same day through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
