Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) invites applications from suitable individual legal practitioners and law firms with experience in taxation, service and constitutional matters for hiring on a case-to-case basis at mutually agreed terms.

Enrolled as Advocate of the High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan. | Minimum five years practicing experience (Advocate High Court). Demonstrable experience providing legal advice, consultancies and advocacy before courts; experience in taxation, service and constitutional matters; demonstrable experience in taxation laws specially sales tax and reported judgments. |
| Law Firm | Law firm established for at least five years. | Demonstrable experience dealing with taxation, service and constitutional cases; experience providing legal advice, consultancies and advocacy before courts. |
Scope of Work:
1. Tender legal advice and written opinions.
2. Represent and appear in legal proceedings on behalf of PRA.
3. Prepare para-wise replies, grounds of appeal and other admissible court documents.
Application Instructions:
Submit applications in person to the office of Director (Administration) along with resume, copy of CNIC, enrolment cards as Advocates of High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan and other supporting documents. Only candidates/firms who fulfil the eligibility criteria should apply. Only shortlisted candidates/principals/partners of law firms will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates already included in the panel of legal counsels are not required to apply.
