ECSP seeks experienced, qualified professionals for Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Competitive salary range is advertised. Proven track record in managing large multidisciplinary teams and driving transformation/change. |
| Chief Technology Officer | 01 | 1,400,000 – 2,000,000 | Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field from an HEC-recognized university. Master's degree in a related discipline preferred. Certifications in enterprise architecture/systems, digital transformation, IT infrastructure & governance, cloud solutions, data science, cyber security and project management preferred. | Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience with at least 7 years in a senior technology/ICT leadership role in reputable large public/private sector organisations. Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and leading technology-driven transformation. |
| Chief Financial Officer | 01 | 1,400,000 – 2,000,000 | Member of a recognised professional accounting body (qualification such as ACCA/CA). Alternatively, candidates holding a Master's degree in Finance or MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university with equivalent experience will be considered. | Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, financial planning and reporting, with significant senior finance leadership experience in large public/private sector or corporate organisations. |
