Tender: Supply of 90 ATMs, 1 CDM and 1 CRM — The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd.

Issuer: The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd., Information Technology Division, Head Office, Bank Square, The Mall, Lahore.

Purpose: Procurement of ATMs and cash handling machines through sealed competitive tender (single-stage, two-envelope procedure).

Eligibility: Sealed bids invited from well-reputed authorized companies/organizations/dealers/suppliers/distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments with relevant experience. Bids must include client list and an affidavit stating the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation.

Tender documents: Available from the Bank's Head Office on payment of PKR 1,000 (non-refundable) by pay order in favor of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. or downloadable free from the Bank website (www.ppcbl.com.pk).

Bid security: Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost must accompany the bid.

Submission & opening: Bids to be submitted by 2026-06-25 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Technically shortlisted firms will be informed of the financial bid opening date. Bids without earnest money will be rejected.
