Tender: Construction of Daanish School at Tando Muhammad Khan, Sindh

Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training – Project Management Unit invites sealed bids for the establishment (construction) of a Daanish School at Tando Muhammad Khan, Sindh.

Key instructions and conditions:

1. Bid documents and criteria are available from the office of the Project Engineer and on the electronic procurement system (EPADS). Firms meeting the bid document criteria may apply.

2. Firms must submit applications in a sealed Technical Envelope with the firm’s name, address, signature of representative and details as required in the bidding document. Manual submission without following procedures will be rejected.

3. An authorized representative may submit bids only with a written authority letter; the letter must include a copy of the authorized person’s CNIC. Original authorization may be required at opening.

4. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Project Director PMU from a scheduled bank and placed in the technical envelope. Cash is not acceptable.

5. Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules and regulations.

6. Electronic bids must be uploaded/submitted through EPADS before 02:00 PM on 2026-07-07. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM.

7. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for clarification at 11:30 AM on 2026-06-18.
