Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids (Single Stage – One Envelope) from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category with Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10, for 2022–27) for multiple road rehabilitation and improvement works in Islamabad. Bidding documents, eligibility criteria and detailed scope are available in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online through the Government e-procurement system.

- Procedure: Single Stage – One Envelope e-bidding via eprocure.gov.pk / CDA e-procurement platform.
- Eligibility: Firms registered with PEC in the relevant category (Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10, 2022–27).
