Issuer: Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan — Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL). Tender No. PRCL/06/NMC/2026. PRCL invites e-bids from eligible bidders for insurance/reinsurance coverage for Non-Marine catastrophe excess-of-loss (CAT XOL) treaties for the 2026–2027 period.
Scope: Procurement of non-proportional CAT XOL treaties including the main programme, two top layers, and a private layer as detailed below.

Submission & bidding procedure: Bids must follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulations, procurement guidelines and instructions. E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS version 2.0; e-bids are to be submitted no later than 11:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical bids will not be entertained.
