Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for the hiring of cellular services on a non-consultancy basis for the fiscal year 2026-27. Procurement will follow open competitive bidding under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
