Punjab Highway Department Tenders — Highway Division Vehari (Opening 2026-07-08)

Punjab Highway Department, Highway Division Vehari (issued by Executive Engineer Highway Division Vehari and Superintending Engineer Highway Circle Multan) invites e-tenders from eligible / registered contractors/firms through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with appropriate PEC Codes and hold a valid renewed PEC license for the Financial Year 2025-26. Key conditions (as published):

- Contractors must be registered on Punjab PPRA/e-procurement portal and submit e-bids online. Hard-copy CDR/Bid Security is accepted only if specified; otherwise use the online process where applicable.

- Lowest evaluated bidder will submit a 10% Performance Guarantee within 15 days of offer letter, to be issued in the name of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Vehari. Acceptable forms include CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee valid for 03 months beyond completion time (extended completion time where applicable).

- Performance Guarantee for 10% is mandatory for all successful bidders. Bids must comply with PPRA Rule 24 (Performance Guarantee) and other tender conditions. Incomplete bids, conditional offers, or bids not accompanied by required securities will be declared non-responsive.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept or reject a bid at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules. No cost in the shape of price variation or clause-55 of contract agreement will be admissible unless expressly allowed in the tender documents.
