Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Maintenance Region M-14. Invitation to submit electronic bids for 15 routine maintenance contracts on Motorway M-14. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 or above with specializations CE-01 & CE-10 as specified below.
