GIK Institute Tender for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Laboratory Equipment and Consumables (Lot-wise)

Issuer: Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute). Tender No: GIKI PD/FME/HEC/TOF-1134/26. Purpose: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of laboratory equipment, instruments, consumables and related items on a lot-wise basis.

Eligibility & Registration: Manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers or suppliers with relevant experience. Bidders must be registered on PPRA e-PADS V2.0, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Submission method & bid security: Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA e-PADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Bid security (earnest money) must be provided as specified in the e-PADS system in the form of a Bank Deposit, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or Pay Order in favor of "GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology". Scanned copy of earnest money should be uploaded to e-PADS; original bank instruments (tender fee & earnest money) must be submitted to the procurement office before the tender closing time.
