Pakistan Horticulture Development & Export Company (PHDEC), Ministry of Commerce, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible stakeholders under the initiative “Strengthening Pakistan’s Horticulture Sector: Support for GLOBALG.A.P., HACCP & ISO 22000 Certifications”. The scheme targets growers/farmers, processors and exporters to facilitate internationally recognized food safety and good agricultural practice certifications to improve market access and compliance with Sanitary & Phytosanitary (SPS) requirements.

The following certification types and target beneficiaries are included:

Support and eligibility notes:
- Support will be provided under a co-financing mechanism; PHDEC will subsidize a major share of the certification cost and applicants must provide the remaining share (details and exact cost-sharing ratios available in the evaluation/application documents).
- Certifications are aimed at improving market access to high-value markets (EU, GCC, USA, etc.) by meeting SPS requirements and reducing non-tariff barriers.
- Applications will be evaluated strictly per the approved evaluation/marking system; applicants should request the detailed criteria and application form via the provided email.
- PHDEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning reasons; shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
