The Banking Court, Hyderabad, through its Nazir, announces a public auction of agricultural land mortgaged to Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (Execution Application No. 2024/220; Suit No. 2022/258) by order of the court. The auction will be held at the Mirpur branch premises of the bank.
Auction: 2026-09-23 at 1:00 PM. Forced sale value is Rs. 400,000 per acre. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount by cash/draft/pay order at the time of purchase; the remaining balance must be paid within 15 days of the auction.
