Issuer: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore). SNGPL invites sealed tenders under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure for construction works. Tendering is arranged through ePADS (eprocure.gov.pk).
Eligibility: Firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category, NTN (with copy of certificate), valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, and copy of Provincial Sales Tax registration from the Provincial Revenue Authority.
