Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways — State Owned Enterprise. REDAMCO invites sealed bids from eligible firms/vendors for exclusive selling rights for a period of three (03) years on the Pakistan Railway network for the following product categories.

Eligibility: Firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
Bid documents and detailed terms & conditions are available from REDAMCO's website (www.redamco.com) or can be obtained from REDAMCO's corporate office during working hours. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the product category. Bids must include a non-refundable Bid Processing Fee of PKR 20,000 (in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR) in favour of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd and the required bid security (CDR/Bank Draft) as stated above.
Submission & Opening: Sealed bids, prepared in accordance with the bidding instructions, must be delivered to the Manager Marketing at REDAMCO's corporate office. Bids must be submitted on or before 02:30 PM on 2025-07-08. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Procedure & Conditions: Competitive bidding will be conducted under Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 (amended). REDAMCO reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance without incurring any liability. Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without the specified bid security will be rejected. Bidders must quote final prices exclusive of all applicable taxes.
