NAB Public Notice: Investigation into Islamabad Cooperative Housing Society Corruption Allegations

Alleged individuals involved (as named): Sardar Muhammad Rafique (Ex-President), Mehdik Khan (Ex-Secretary), Malik Muhammad Nawaz (Ex-Finance Secretary), Muhammad Ahmed (Ex-Executive Member). The notice cites issuance of duplicate/fake files, collection of millions of rupees from the public without requisite land bank approval or regulator NOC and failure to deliver property to allottees.
