Tender: Solarization & E-Library Equipment for Courts — District & Sessions Judge Office, Bannu

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Bannu (Chairman District Development Committee) invites electronic bids through EPADs for procurement, supply, service and installation of equipment for court facilities under the Access to Justice Development Fund. Bidding will follow KPPRA Rules 2014 (Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure - Rule 6(2)(b)). Bid documents and detailed specifications are available on the EPAD system and the District Judiciary Bannu website.

Submission & Deadlines: Bidders must upload required documents on EPADS on or before 2026-06-30 by 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-29 at 10:30 AM in the Conference Room of Judicial Complex, Bannu.

Financial & Eligibility Conditions: Tender must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the shape of CDR in favor of District & Sessions Judge/Chairman District Development Committee. Successful bidders must deposit 10% performance guarantee of the total amount. Firms/ vendors must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and with FBR, having valid NTN. Bidders must upload tax and other required documents on EPADS.

Other Notes: Bid proceedings will be carried out through EPADS. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. Quantities may be increased/decreased according to availability of funds. Supply must conform to specifications and supply period as per tender documents.
