EPADS Tender: Procurement and Supply of Plants for Bannu Forest Division (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites electronic tenders (EPADS) from reputed, experienced firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax for procurement/supply of plants under Bannu Forest Division. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal (https://kpprocure.gov.pk). Submission deadline: 2026-11-12 by 12:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.

Key instructions: Bid documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal after NIT publication. Firms must register on EPADS, submit online bids and upload scanned copies of bid documents. The 2% bid security must be in the form of a CDR in favor of Divisional Forest Officer, Bannu Forest Division from any scheduled bank of Pakistan; original CDR and relevant documents in sealed envelope must reach the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Bannu Forest Division, at Tappi Killa Miranshah Road near Kachkot Bridge Bannu, before the closing date and time.

Required documents include photocopy of National Identity Card, proof of active tax registration, affidavit of non-involvement in any court case with the Department, and any other documents firms may consider necessary. Applications must be signed by an authorized person with official stamp. Rates offered will remain valid up to 2027-06-30. Work/supply is subject to availability of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
