Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids under National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding) for the supply of laptops. Bids must be submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements
- Registration with PPRA and use of EPADS is mandatory.
- Manufacturer must demonstrate designing/manufacturing experience of similar or higher rated equipment/material for at least five (5) years and satisfactory operation performance for three (3) years.
- The bidder or its manufacturer/any partner must have successfully completed at least two (02) contracts of the same nature/type.
- Submission of audited financial statements for the last three (3) years is required. Average Net Worth (assets minus liabilities) over the last three years must be positive.
Key Terms & Conditions
- Tendering method: National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Single Envelope E-bidding).
- Bid security: Must be submitted in acceptable form in PKR, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity, in favor of Project Director (GSC) FESCO Faisalabad. Original instrument must reach the office before bid closing time.
- Bid validity: 120 days.
- Incomplete/partial bids or non-responsive bids will be rejected. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
- If the office is closed on the scheduled opening date for any reason, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
- FESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
