National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites applications from experienced, highly qualified and competent professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to oversee management of the company’s power generation operations and strategic direction.

| Contract/Term | Selected candidate will be appointed under a performance-based contract for a term of three (03) years, extendable at the discretion of the Board. |
| Key Responsibilities | Overall responsibility for smooth operations and maintenance of power plants; developing and implementing business plans in line with government energy policies; ensuring compliance and governance; stakeholder engagement; policy development; implementation of directives from the Board; oversight of operational expenditures and contracts; financial, operational and legal risk mitigation. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Graduate degree from a HEC-recognized institute in one of: Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council; or equivalent qualifications; or membership of a recognized professional accounting body. |
| Minimum Experience | Demonstrated senior management experience, including at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in governance, business administration, or commercial/industrial operations. Experience of senior management in similar organizations or board-level exposure is required. |
| Other Requirements | Must satisfy Fit & Proper Criteria (Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises), ability to provide NOC from current employer (where applicable), strong leadership, regulatory acumen, communication and interpersonal skills. No TA/DA for interview. Company reserves the right to accept or reject applications without assigning reasons. |
