PIA Invitation to Bid — Hiring of Hotel Services for Cabin & Cockpit Crew (Faisalabad, Lahore)

Issuer: Pakistan International Airlines Company Limited (PIA). PIA invites sealed bids from quality hotels registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue to provide hotel services for PIA cabin and cockpit crew.

How to obtain bidding documents: Downloadable from PIA website (www.piac.com.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and the PPRA e-PADS portal (https://eprocure.ppra.org.pk/login). Bidders must register on e-PADS to access tender documents and submit electronic bids.

Bid fee and bid security: Price of bidding documents is PKR 15,000 per tender (non-refundable). The pay order for the tender fee (and Bid Security as required in the bidding documents) must be submitted in original with the hard copy of the technical proposal addressed to GM Contract Management, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Head Office, Karachi.

Submission method and deadline: Bids MUST be submitted electronically through e-PADS. Manual submission or electronic bids outside e-PADS will not be accepted. Complete bids must be submitted via e-PADS on or before 2026-07-06 at 10:30 Hrs (PST). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 Hrs via e-PADS.
